Embedded in a hybrid cross-functional team maintaining Siglive, a large-scale e-commerce livestream operations management platform supporting 13+ major brands across TikTok and Shopee.
What I Did
  • •Collaborated with backend engineers, designers, and product managers through (though not limited to) daily standups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
  • •Built scalable, reusable React components translating Figma designs.
  • •Refined livestream operator workflows based on direct feedback from hosts, operators, and stream-verse leads using the platform daily.
  • •Multi-language (i18n) support across the platform.
  • •Implemented Mediapipe-based face detection model for operator monitoring.
  • •Test suites using Jest, React Testing Library, and MSW.
